How Do I know what size self storage unit I need?

It can be a bit tricky to determine the exact size you need. For your convenience take advantage of our space estimator tool on our Unit Sizes page of our website. We want to make sure that you get the size you need and therefore only pay for what you need. Please remember that all sizes are approximate and we encourage you to stop by and look at the unit size you are interested in to ensure that it will meet your needs before you sign a lease agreement.

Who will have keys to my self storage unit?

Only you will have the keys to your own unit. You may lock your unit with the lock of your choice. We sell a variety of quality locks in our retail center for your convenience.

Do I have to sign a long-term lease?

CoolBox Private Storage rents on a month to month basis. There is no long-term lease agreement required. For maximum flexibility you can rent for as long or as short a period as you need.

Will my valuables and personal/business items be safe?

CoolBox Private Storage went "above and beyond" the industry standard when it comes to security to ensure the safe and secure storage of your important possessions. Our building has a fire sprinkler system. Our facility is fully fenced and gated and has personalized electronic key code access to enter and depart our facility. Our building has over 30 cameras that have DVR surveillance video monitoring. Our building inside and out has ample lighting. Our building has solid brick on all four sides for enhanced strength and security. Also for your peace of mind we offer, at an additional cost, a personal insurance policy for your items in storage.

How will I know when to pay my bill and how can I pay?

CoolBox Private Storage there a number of payment options for your convenience. We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, and cash. The easiest way is to have an automatic draft set up on your bank account or your credit card, because it is simply hassle free. But, we leave that up to you to decide. We also offer pre-payment plans as well.
