When can I move into a unit?
If the unit you need is available, you can move in anytime during normal business hours.
How do I vacate my unit?
All contracts are month-to-month, but we require a 10-day notice before you move out.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
You must have a valid form of government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport.
How do I make a payment?
Pay your storage bill in person, mail a check or money order or make your monthly payments online through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Checks, ACH bank payments, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash.
What items am I NOT allowed to store?
Tenants are never allowed to store anything illegal, explosive, flammable, noxious, odorous or perishable. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
How do I access my storage unit?
Once you sign a lease, you’ll be given your own passcode that will allow you access to your unit during normal access hours.
Do you have moving tools available?
Yes, we do. Tenants are welcome to use our complimentary carts to move in or out. Be sure to leave the carts in the loading area(s) once you’re done.
