From start to finish, the staff and management at Coolbox Self Storage was absolutely fantastic. I contacted their front desk a month before we moved and the manager, Ellen, was friendly, knowledgable, and helpful as she navigated me through our options. When we arrived in town, the facility was obviously well maintained and the staff we happy to help us make final arrangements before our items arrived. Even after our move-in, the staff at the facility worked with us to make our experience one worth extolling. We were genuinely sad to leave when we no longer needed the storage as the people at Coolbox are simply great to work with. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to store their things at the best storage facility in town!“

First Class! This was my 3rd time using a storage facility and Cool Box definitely is a step above the rest. With its extremely helpful staff, Ellen and Michele made moving in and out great! As a tenant, their facility is easy to access. Their app makes opening gates and doors a breeze as well. CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! You know your items are not only climate controlled, but it is being stored in a very clean facility. You can tell the staff takes pride in the building. Lastly, prices are very reasonable. You definitely get your moneys worth!
